Illinois Business Leader Magazine

I am proud to present the first edition of our new magazine, called the Illinois Business Leader. This inaugural edition includes articles on the most timely of issues:  a new administration in Springfield; fracking and how it affects you; infrastructure funding for roads, rail and waterways; healthcare mandates; international trade; and worker's compensation, the minimum wage, and other human resources challenges.

Why should you spend your valuable time reading this magazine?

Because other groups-organized labor, trial attorneys, environmental extremists and more-are devoting time and money into getting their word out and encouraging members to act. This is your chance to have cutting-edge information and be ready to address developing business issues on a moment's notice. All you have to do is open the magazine.

It will be published quarterly, and will keep you up-to-date on movement in Springfield and Washington D.C. that affects the business community.  You'll know what the Chamber is accomplishing.  And you'll know what issues the Chamber is working on.

On page 16, we announce the keynote speaker for the July 2015 Illinois Chamber Annual Luncheon. I won't spoil the surprise, but you'll want to get that luncheon on your calendar. On page 24, I explain what businesses should keep in mind for the year.  Every page has information designed for you, about you, to help you.  I hope you find it useful.

Click here to read the magazine online.  You will need the password ilccmember2015 to access the magazine as it is a member only benefit.

Happy reading!
