Peoria, IL - Cullinan Properties, Ltd. is very excited to announce that Prasino at the Streets of St. Charles is in the process of securing new ownership. There is a group of renowned investors that will own the Prasino Restaurant.

Prasino has proven itself to be a worthy investment and has been doing amazing volume with a phenomenal experience for its patrons since opening at the Streets of St. Charles on April 22, 2013. Prasino not only has been doing very well, but it has a wonderful reputation and has been given many awards since it opened. Cullinan Properties, Ltd recently announced that The Daily Dose is now located in the lobby of the Office retail building near the Art Institutes’ main floor entrance at the Streets of St. Charles. Their hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Sat 7:00 am - 11:00 am and closed Sunday. The Daily Dose is your alternative to the common cup of coffee. They pride themselves on making great tasting single origin coffee, not the blends you get from the "big" guys.
