Panelists announced for Conference on "Generational Changes & the Future of St. Charles County," Nov. 7

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO --- A panel of six local experts will be discussing community and economic issues related to demographic shifts during the Conference on “Generational Changes and the Future of St. Charles County” hosted by the civic group Partners for Progress (PfP) starting 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7th at Old Hickory Golf Club in St. Peters, Mo.

Panelists will include:

Kurt Bohlmann, General Manager of Mid Rivers Mall
Rick Duree, Owner of Book X-Change and Business Advisory Board Member of Lindenwood University
Janie Gammon, Regional Executive Director of Park Place Senior Living and the Fountains of West County
Don Kalicak, Vice President – Regional Development of Mercy
Kelley Pfeiffer, Student Activities Director of St. Charles Community College
Jeff Schindler, President of McBride & Son Homes

“We’ve pulled together a knowledgeable and diverse panel of experts to talk about a wide range of topics from housing to retail trends as it relates to boomers and millennials in St. Charles County,” said PfP President Greg Prestemon.

Extensive research conducted by PfP over the last year will also be presented at the conference.  A keynote address on the region from the perspective of a successful millennial will be given by KMOX Reporter Michael Calhoun, one of the area’s “30 Under 30.”
