Work on Mexico Road Multi-Use Path Bridge Project Requires Eastbound Lane Closures

Drivers can expect daily lane closures on eastbound Mexico Road just east of West Sunny Hill Boulevard starting this week as work begins on the Mexico Road Multi-Use Path Bridge Project.

I-70 at Fifth Street & Fairgrounds Improvement Project

The lanes on westbound I-70 will be narrowed and shifted starting the week of March 21. There will be nightly lane closures all week from 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. so crews can restripe the lanes and set barrier walls. Once the work is complete, drivers will have three, 10 ½ foot thru lanes on westbound I-70. The two right lanes approaching Route 94 will remain closed around the clock through May. The exit to Route 94 will remain open, but drivers will have to use the right thru lane on I-70 to access the exit.
