I-70 at Fifth Street & Fairgrounds Improvement ProjectThe lanes on westbound I-70 will be narrowed and shifted starting the week of March 21. There will be nightly lane closures all week from 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. so crews can restripe the lanes and set barrier walls. Once the work is complete, drivers will have three, 10 ½ foot thru lanes on westbound I-70. The two right lanes approaching Route 94 will remain closed around the clock through May.
