Community Health Fair
Description
The Community Health Fair is intended to be a One-Stop event for screenings and resources. 

The event is intended to make preventive health services and information more accessible to residents throughout Iron County. 

Health screenings from It Starts with Me Health will be available from 6:30-10:30 am and will include a variety of low-cost blood tests. Available screenings include a general health panel, comprehensive metabolic panel, complete blood count, diabetes panel, pre-and post-menopausal panel, testosterone screening, health and fitness panel, and other laboratory tests. 

Mammogram services will be available from Intermountain Health in addition to preventive care, diabetes education, nutrition, cancer services and orthopedic care from 8:00 to 11:00 am. 

The Cedar City Chamber of Commerce will also be hosting a health and wellness resource fair from 8:00-11:00. 

Appointments are encouraged, but there are a small number of walk-in appointments available as well.
