Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Compass Entertainment Complex is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor for Meridian Restaurant to join our growing team.
As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll help lead daily operations, support team members, ensure outstanding guest service, and maintain a fun, fast-paced environment across our entertainment and hospitality venues. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, leads by example, has strong communication skills, and is committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and coach team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
