The Springville-Mapleton Chamber of Commerce is excited to participate in America's Potluck, a special community celebration in honor of our nation's 250th anniversary.
America's Potluck is an opportunity for neighbors to gather, share a meal, build connections, and foster a sense of belonging among people from all walks of life. As communities across the country celebrate this historic milestone, we invite residents, businesses, families, and friends to come together in neighborhoods throughout our area for meaningful local celebrations.
Why July 5?
In 2026, we commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence—the document that united our nation. The tradition of a Sunday meal provides a chance to slow down, serve one another, and strengthen the bonds that make our communities strong. Through conversation, connection, and a shared meal, we can honor the freedoms we enjoy as Americans while celebrating the spirit of community that brings us together.
