Tucked behind the gates of Fort Leavenworth is a neighborhood unlike any other in Kansas. Tree-lined streets, stately brick homes, and wraparound porches nestled along the Missouri River —many of these residences date back to the late 1800s/early 1900s and still serve military families today.

During the annual Historic Homes Tour hosted by the Fort Leavenworth Spouses' Club, visitors are invited to explore a selection of these remarkable homes and learn the stories behind them.
