An International Women’s Month event, aligned with the theme “Give to Gain”

Join us for an evening of insight, reflection, and connection as senior women from business, public service, purpose-led organisations, and science-backed leadership share how their definitions of success have changed — and what that’s taught them about leading with intention, impact, and clarity.

This Women in Business launch event brings together women in leadership for a thoughtful and engaging evening that goes beyond titles, industries, and traditional measures of success.

Through a series of short personal reflections from experienced leaders, the event explores how success evolves over time, shaped by responsibility, impact, health, purpose, and life stage - and how women choose to lead on their own terms.

In the spirit of this year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain”, the conversation looks at what leaders choose to give as they grow in time, energy, trust, voice & responsibility and what that creates in return.

This is not a workshop or a panel discussion full of soundbites. It’s a space to listen, reflect, and connect with others navigating leadership at different stages of their journey.
