Description
This is a 3 day event, the beginning of   the process of becoming an Accredited Practitioner of EFT.      
Day 1 is the day to learn the basics and day s 2 and 3 are when you get to go deeper and learn the artistry of the way to use this technique.
I will teach you the basics really well and then take you through more skilled way to use what you learned on day 1 and then give you more techniques and ways to use them too.  

Ways to get to the root of how we respond the way we do to situations and how we can help out brains to change the way it believes it thinks it is protecting us by responding it what may well be an out modded way. 
This way you will be able to help with Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, Overwhelm and so much more.

Classes are small allowing for plenty of practice and questions.
