Kids Glow Yoga
Description
Get ready to glow, move, and flow! Kids ages 6–10 are invited to join us for a fun-filled night of yoga in the dark — lit up with glow sticks, neon lights, and big smiles!
We’ll stretch, balance, and breathe with a playful twist as we explore mindfulness and movement in a glowing, magical atmosphere. Think yoga games, glowing poses, and plenty of laughter as kids learn to shine from the inside out.
