Friday, November 8th at Providence Golf Club!
Win cash and raffle prizes at our 2024 Golf Tournament while helping raise funds for the Chamber’s Youth Leadership and Scholarship programs. Teams will play a 4-person scramble format at Providence Golf Club,1518 Clubhouse Blvd., Davenport, FL 33837.
- $500 Team includes: 4-person team (green fees, cart, awards luncheon & prize drawings, and business hole sign)
- $125 Single Entry: 1 player to be placed on team (includes green fees, cart, awards luncheon and prize drawings - subject to availability)
- $50 Golf Hole sign: displaying organization, individual or team name
