Reading aloud to a certified therapy dog is a fun and positive way for beginning readers to develop skills and build confidence.
- Open to school-age children that can read.
- Bring your favorite book or choose one from the library.
- Reading sessions last 5-10 minutes.
- Earn a free book to keep after 10 reading sessions.
- Dogs and Handlers are registered therapy animal teams.
