Lord’s Gym Kids Mud Run 2023
Description
The Lord's Gym Kids Mud Run is a special FREE mud obstacle course open to all kids aged 4-17. The course is under a mile long with 18+ obstacles involving climbing, crawling, running and lots of mud! The race is split into heats with four age groups, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12 and 13-17, and the courses are longer and tougher for the older kids. We also run a special competition between local schools known as the Superhero School Bell, in which students win points for their schools by wearing costumes or dressing in their school colors. There are also fun complimentary family games and activities for all to enjoy.

To ensure the safety of all the children involved, we unfortunately cannot allow older children to run in a younger age race (or vice versa). This year, we have a "Avie's Place" Special Needs Heat for Ages 4 to 17 at 6:00 PM on Sunday, June 4.
This year, we are expanding our FREE family games and activities at the Kids Mud Run for kids to enjoy with their families. We also have other fun attractions such as inflatables, sledding, and more at an extra cost. All profits raised go toward supporting our nonprofit mission
