Bring your family to a working ranch where you can relax, play, explore, look at the stars under clear skies and eat locally produced food cooked by five star chefs. This dinner event is reasonably priced and on course to be the dining event of the year.
Batali Chefs will feature a casual dinner of locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables as well as locally produced meat in a variety of salads and pastas topped off with tarts, sorbet, gelato and more. Kids can participate in some good old-fashioned fun and games while adults relax and enjoy an evening of great food and entertainment under the star filled clear nights of rural Nevada.
Alamo, at an elevation of 3500 feet, lies 90 miles north of Las Vegas in the beautiful Pahranagat Valley, home of the Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge, a refuge and sanctuary for migratory birds. The lakes in Pahranagat Valley provide a place for residents to hunt, fish and camp all within a short distance of Alamo. Come and meet your neighbors in Lincoln County who grew and raised the fabulous ingredients for this dinner event.
Come early to explore the Pahranagat Valley but the event starts at 6 p.m. on the Buckhorn Ranch two miles before you reach Alamo on Highway 93. Take I-15 north to the Highway 93 exit toward Alamo and Buckhorn Ranch.
