Prior to this, I served as an Experienced Chief Financial Controller for a care home group for seven years, bringing strong expertise in financial management and strategic planning within the care home sector. I am skilled in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of optimising financial performance and driving growth in care home organisations.
