July 22 - 26. The University of Iowa Wildlife Camps is coming to Prairie Rose State Park this summer. Wildlife Camps will offer a mixture of conservation education and adventure recreation.
For students entering 3rd - 7th grade. Spots are limited.

- Studying wildlife of Prairie Rose State Park, including mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, fish, and insects.
- Exploring the woodlands, wetlands, and prairies and other natural habitats of Prairie Rose State Park.
- Learning about park history and their unique geological and archeological features.
- Engaging with the outdoors through recreational activities like hiking, canoeing, and kayaking.
