The area's premiere wine and food social event, the 20th Annual “An Elegant Soirée Wine & Culinary Extravaganza,” is being held at the showroom inside Colusa Casino Resort on Friday, April 26, 2019 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $50 and are avaialble online at www.yscunitedway.org (click on events) or call (530) 743-1847.
This elegantly designed wine and food tasting event will feature samplings of dozens of premier local and northern California wines (more than 70 last year), international wines, craft beers, gourmet hors d'oeuvres and desserts from more than 15 area restaurants and bakeries, no-host bar, a sensational raffle with some 100 items and a live wine auction!
Spectacular entertainment throughout the evening! Set the stage with two Grand Pianos and two outrageously talented Dueling Pianos entertainers. You have entered the world of the hottest entertainment act in the country, Dueling Pianos!
The High energy, all request Dueling Pianos show is a combination of sing a-long, comedy bits, dedications, dancing and most important; audience participation. Request your favorite songs from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s through today (thousands of songs)!
Our master of ceremonies is Robert Bendorf, Yuba County's CAO and a long-time United Way board member. And, we're very pleased to have Dave Vaughn, Vice President and Senior Director of Operations for Recology companies as our auctioneer!
Then, at about 9:15 until ???, join in the high energy dance MC'd by Eric Pomeroy of Superior Entertainment!
All proceeds benefit the Yuba-Sutter-Colusa United Way and its 27 Partner Agencies and the non-profits receiving our Community Impact Grants.
Dress is generally business or formal.
In addition to experienced five tables of wine pourers, featuring some 60 wines, we have local wineries represented this year, featuring their incredible offerings.
