Robert Teschner is a combat veteran, former F-15 "Eagle" instructor at the prestigious U.S. Air Force Weapons school and a former F-22 "Raptor" fighter squadron commander. Importantly, Mr. Teschner was the U.S. Air Force's Subject Matter Expert on Debriefing during his time at the Weapons School, and his published work from that time is still in use throughout the Air Force today. A 1995 distinguished military graduate of the Air Force Academy and 2013 distinguished graduate of the National War College, Mr. Teschner retired from the Air Force in December of 2015, having achieved the rank of full Colonel. He is now the Founder and CEO of VMax Group, a St. Louis-based national Leadership training company.
