Description
Join us for a half-day examination and instruction of business and dining etiquette. This workshop will train your staff to take advantage of your most precious competitive assets — your relationships. Participants in the program learn the skills to interact with others such that healthy relationships take center stage. After all, it is less expensive to get business from existing customers than it is to find new ones. This program is held at the Des Moines Embassy Club, 666 Grand Ave., 33rd floor. Cost is $275 per person for Members, $295 for non-Members.
