New Mexico is ranked as one of the top ten most racially/ethnically diverse states in the U.S.. Of its sparsely populated 2 million+ inhabitants (about 16.5 people per square mile), approximately 48% are Hispanic or Latino in origin, 37% are White/Non Latino, 10% are Native American, 2.5% are Black or African American and 1.7% are Asian, with other races making up the rest of the population.

These groups have deep, rich histories and cultural traditions in New Mexico, which impact preferred styles for building a relationship and doing business.

How can we best understand and honor this diversity, to build strong relationships, with grace and respect, to succeed optimally in our businesses?

In this program, a diverse panel of New Mexico women business leaders will offer insights into this topic, and tips for you to enhance your effectiveness in 2019.
