What To Be A DECA Shark-Tank Judge?
Pinnacle High School DECA needs your help!
We have 25 advanced marketing students preparing to go to the AZ STATE DECA conference March 1st. They need objective judges to practice in front of beforehand. That's where you can help! We have many different categories of business proposals to choose from.
- First, there are 7 levels of business plans based on the Lean Canvas. Everything from creating a website, an app, a music store, medical weight loss facility, an innovative medical solution and a nutritional retail franchise store. We even have 2 international business plans: Ulta Beauty to Israel and Tesla to Malaysia.
- Second, we have 7 business research proposals in 5 different categories, the solutions of which have to do with Cause Marketing or Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Next, we have 6 integrated marketing campaigns, the subjects of which range from clothing lines to musical festival or a chess tournament to services such as a youth golf organization and a restaurant.
- We have a couple more that deal with project management addressing the importance of financial literacy, as well as mental health awareness.
- Lastly, one student has prepared a professional sales presentation for a potential convention client coming to the city of Phoenix.
Lots to choose from and so much knowledge you can bestow on our kids! Please come and be apart of this process. I will have rubrics you can follow as you listen to them present. You WILL make a difference in these kids lives.
The class actually starts at 10:30. So please arrive no later than 10:15. **Check in at the school office first! We are scheduled to be done by 12:15. If you want to come earlier and briefly read some of your chosen projects feel free to do so. FREE EVENT!
