Event Name:
Book Discussion of Marcher, Walker, Pilgrim by Ed Fallon
Description
The Luther College Center for Ethics and Public Engagement and the Northeast Iowa Peace and Justice Center are sponsoring two book discussions of Marcher, Walker, Pilgrim, by Ed Fallon.

The book describes an eight-month odyssey from L.A. to D.C., where dozens of marchers become a mobile village, sounding the alarm about our climate crisis. How they worked together, butted heads, solved conflicts, risked their lives, and ultimately stayed true to their goal makes for an exciting, multi-layered tale.

What can we, as citizens, learn from this march for climate awareness and behavioral change?
