Pet Fashion Show Benefitting Mutts on a Mission
Description
Strut your pet's stuff for a good cause. Show off your pet's best outfit with a donation of $10 to Mutts on a Mission (https://muttsonamission.org). Prizes will be awarded for best in the following classes-senior, puppy, "sibling" groups, rescue, foster and best in show as voted on in social media postings. Prizes will include free oil changes, with our best in show winning $100 in free automotive care. You can also have a professional photo of your dog taken for an additional $10 donation. Mutts on a Mission is an amazing nonprofit that is dedicated to sharing the love and companionship of dogs with others. Each week their dogs visit many facilities throughout the West Valley to bring smiles and comfort in a time of need. These may be hospital, chemotherapy, Alzheimer/dementia, or mental health and addiction treatment patients. In addition, their R.E.A.D program (Reading Education Assistance Dog) helps struggling readers in local elementary schools by giving students the opportunity to have a dedicated time with a human tutor and an unbiased dog listener to achieve improved reading success.
