This is an opportunity to discuss the changes, challenges and new reality of those with dementia. We will begin with The Dementia Journey on January 8th. Each month we will discuss another part of this journey: Feb. 5th - Understanding the Journey, March 5th - Accepting a New Reality, Apr 2nd - Relationships, May 7th - Capturing Moments of Joy and June 4th - Making Tough Decisions.
