Get a 33 level blood chemistry panel for only $30

Need your flu shot but don’t have time to wait? 
Come to our Drive - Thru 
Flu Shot Clinic in the parking lot or
walk in the south end of the building! 

*High Dosage Flu Shots available for 
those 65 and older

Blood Results will be mailed to all participants.

Drink plenty of water and take medications as usual.
WHF recommends 12 hours fasting prior to blood draw.

All tests are processed by LabCorp

All WHF tests are non-diagnostic and intended for wellness purposes only.
