Welcome Back PUSD Employees Expo!

Prescott Unified School District will be holding a Business/Community Partners’ Expo to welcome all employees on Tuesday, July 31st, 2018. The intent of this fair is to honor businesses and organizations that support PUSD as well as let our employees have full knowledge of the benefits and services available to them. This year we are partnering with the Prescott Chamber of Commerce to involve more local businesses in this event.
This event will be held at Prescott High School Gymnasium, 1050 North Ruth Street on the same day as convocation. (The gym is in the big domed building.) Businesses and organizations will be allowed to set up at 7:00 a.m. The all staff Expo will be from 7:30am – 8:00am and from 9:00am to 9:30am during which time our employees will have the option of visiting your booth. Convocation will take place from 8:00am – 9:00am during which time you will be seated in an area where you can watch our fun convocation activities if you would like.
Our employees always appreciate raffle items if you would like to bring one. We have been notified by our auditors that School Finance rules prevent employees from accepting raffle prizes of value directly from any businesses. Therefore, we ask that if you have a raffle prize to bring, to donate the prize to the PUSD Education Foundation. We will have a form for you to fill out, and then they will raffle it to the employee(s) on your behalf. Your name will be mentioned so your business/organization will be recognized. If you have nominal gifts (pens, stress balls, notepads, etc.), those may be offered to employees at your booth during the vendor fair. Please bring any raffle gift(s) with you, and give them to me at the end of the Expo, and I will get them to the PUSD Education Foundation, to distribute and send you a letter/receipt for your generosity.
We will provide a table and 2 chairs. If you need more table space or chairs, please indicate your needs on the enrollment form. Please bring your own tablecloth and any signage you would like displayed on your table. If this event interests you, please return the attached form by July 20, 2018 stating your interest.
