Negotiation is an important element of everyone’s life, both personal and work. We negotiate numerous times throughout the day both at work and at home. Negotiations can be defined as an exchange between two or more parties that aim at resolving incompatible but common goals. It is assumed that communication between these parties is possible and that intermediate solutions or compromises are achievable.

Negotiation is an important element of everyone’s life, both personal and work. We negotiate numerous times throughout the day both at work and at home. Negotiations can be defined as an exchange between two or more parties that aim at resolving incompatible but common goals. It is assumed that communication between these parties is possible and that intermediate solutions or compromises are achievable.
Research shows that less than 4 percent of the negotiations reach win-win outcomes and the outright lose-lose outcomes happen more than 20 percent of the times. This workshop is designed to help you increase the chances of reaching a win-win outcome in difficult and diverse negotiating situations.

Clarifying the myths about negotiation. Understanding when to negotiate and what to negotiate.
Day 2
Learn about your personality and your negotiating style - using a simulated exercise
Day 3
What role does personality play in negotiations? What are the strengths and weaknesses of each personality type? How to adapt and work with multiple personalities?

Negotiating across cultures - negotiations in a global environment
