Aug 1 Drinkable Meals: The Art of the Smoothie by Helen Hudson
A smoothie can be just another name for a milkshake--or a great way to boost your nutrition.  Any time of the day is a good time, especially in hot weather, to toss fresh ingredients into a blender and call it a meal. 

During class we'll make smoothies from fresh ingredients, taste test, and talk about what makes the tastiest, healthiest smoothies.
