Event Name:
#NotHere: Prevent Harassment, Build Inclusion
Description

Learn the practical steps that will build and support diversity and inclusion in your hiring and workplace practices.

Business owners often know they need to have a culture of inclusion in the workplace but don't know the practical steps to build inclusion -- the antithesis of discrimination and harassment.  This workshop is for those who feel stuck when trying to resolve employee 'he said/she said' situations, who find they are spending way too much time being the 'politically-correct' police, or who keep hearing comments like.

In this workshop you will learn:

We will explore how to recognize behaviors that discourage diversity such as workplace bullying, stereotyping, the us-versus-them mentality and micro-aggressions -- the gateway to harassment, discrimination and time-consuming complaints.  Then we will develop an action plan of ways you can build and support diversity and inclusion in your hiring and workplace practices.
