Guest presentation "The Courthouse Village and Court Day in Colonial Virginia." Architectural historian Dr. Carl Lounsbury will discuss the buildings and activities of several of Virginia's colonial courthouse towns, including Lancaster, and examine the role of Court Day in the public life of the community.
Doors open at 6:30 pm
Talk begins at 7:00 pm sharp and will last 45-60 minutes.
Followed by annual business meeting and election of officers.
Open to the public.
