and 3rd Saturday of each month.
8:00 am – 11:00 am
Hike for fun and fitness!
A hiking series to increase cardiovascular capacity, improve stability and coordination, increases core & extremity strength and improve endurance. Explore local trails and enjoy quarterly excursions to more distant areas. Three beginning hikes each month open to the public. Meet at the Health & Fitness Club.
