Event Name:
United Way Day of Action: Volunteers Needed
Description
Day of Action (June 21) is a day when volunteers from across Yavapai County join local nonprofits to participate in service projects. United Way encourages volunteers of all ages to come together and take action.

Projects can be from organizing a small space to building a garden. United Way ensures that projects are meaningful to volunteers and build capacity for our Partner Agencies. Whatever the project may be, volunteers are able to help nonprofits better serve their clients through this great opportunity.

United Way of Yavapai County's goal is to make this year's Day of Action the biggest yet. With 19 Partner Agencies in the Quad-city, Verde Valley, and Bagdad area, we are looking to host at least one project at each site. But to make that possible, we need you.

Bring your families, friends and coworkers for a day of giving, fun, and love. Volunteer an hour or a full day and see the difference we can make with a hand or two. Join the efforts at yavapaiuw.org/day-of-action.

Can't give your time but still want to give back? Contact Jacky at 928-778-6605 if you are interested in getting involved.
