Hors D-Oeuvres-
Artichoke pastry, Mortadella, Mini quiches
Salad-
Fresh field greens tossed in honey-lime vinaigrette with dried cranberries, walnuts, and feta cheese
Main Course-
Prime Rib with horseradish mayo served with whipped potatoes and roasted vegetables
Chicken Roulade served with whipped potatoes and roasted vegetables
Cheese stuffed tortellini in a parmesan cream sauce
Dessert-
Chocolate almond torte with fresh whipped cream

Cost is $100 per person or purchase a table of 6 for $500
