Professional Development Seminar
Description
This year we have four professional development seminars. They are all taught by Lynn Ringis who runs the Montgomery County Leadership Academy. Lunch is provided and it is $25 per class. This session on August 7th is about Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace. We will discuss the importance of appreciating the uniqueness of each person on your team, the different perspectives and values that each brings and how to be more inclusive. This session will be held at the Chase Building in the Basement.
