Please join your Carroll County Relay for Life at our official 2018 Kick Off Rally on Wednesday, February 21, 6:00 p.m. at the Carrollton Centre. This event is open to all Carroll County Relay for Life teams, as well as the public. This is an inpsiring event, and a great opportunity to learn more about the American Cancer Society and Relay program.
