Manning's 30th annual festival will open with a traditional ceremony Friday evening featuring a lighted parade, mass lighting of Main Street, festival of trees, holiday music, cookie walk, the arrival of Santa Claus and special children's activities at the Kid's Zone. Holiday events continue throughout the weeked, providing special holiday events for all ages.
