Youth Leadership Authority (YLA) is a non-profit organization that offers a variety of programs to keep teens continuously engaged in youth leadership throughout their high school career and after; thus resulting in obtaining an Associates, Bachelors or Masters Degree in youth leadership.

To provide a variety of building-block opportunities for todays youth, their families, and educators; by offering a variety of continuous physical training programs, life-application tools, and community service programs that will develop Americas leaders with character and integrity to secure their future.
