I am based in Castle Pines, and while I have completed many roof consultations, assessments and projects right here, I strategically partner with insurance and real estate agents and execute projects in every municipaility of the Denver area - wherever my partner agents send me. 

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE ANY CONTRACTOR:
1. Ask your insurance agent, your real estate agent, friends, family and neighbors.
2. Read reviews.
3. Ask for and talk with our references.
4. Write a list of "what -if" questions. (Every answer should be clear, simple, known without hesitation.)
5. Don't hire anyone unless you know, like and trust them, or get a strong, confident recommendaton from someone who does. 
6. Don't hire someone because they show up at your front door. 
7. Get a no-charge, detailed, evaluation with a written report BEFORE calling the toll free insurance number.
8. Make sure you select someone - a company - that communicates thoroughly - well and often.
