Social Vocational Services (SVS) was founded in 1977, SVS is the leading provider of services for adults with developmental disabilities in California. SVS partners with businesses to enhance their productivity by providing them with eager, trained, motivated, and proficient workers who just happen to have a disability.

We have several work training and job placement programs that have been extremely valuable to our partners in the food service, janitorial and warehousing industries across the state. Were NOT a temp agency of any kind nor do we profit from our clients. Our work training program allows sub-minimum wage rates in conjunction with the department of labor and rehabilitation. SVS workers are accompanied by a trained job coach at all times (paid by SVS) and were fully insured.
