Welcome to Faith Hope & Love Christian Ministries Inc, where our mission is to bring healing and hope to the hearts and bodies of Lanier County, Georgia, and its neighboring communities. Located in Lakeland, GA, we have proudly established a Health and Wellness Center dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality primary healthcare that addresses not only the physical well-being of our patients but also their emotional and spiritual needs. It is our steadfast belief that true wellness encompasses all aspects of an individual's life.

Recognizing the pressing healthcare needs in our community, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA) has designated Lanier County as a Medically Underserved Area/Population. This designation reflects a scarcity of primary care providers in our region, which, in turn, places our neighbors at risk of falling through the cracks in our healthcare system. Whether it's due to a lack of insurance or insufficient coverage, many in our community face barriers to obtaining the care they require.
