Timberline Development & Construction was established in 2006 by Alan and Tiffany Hancock and provides construction services throughout Utah. Here at Timberline, we strive each day to provide quality workmanship at a fair market price by being efficient, creative, progressive, detail-oriented and committed to the customers satisfaction and the soundness of the business. It is key for us to build relationships with our customers throughout their projects in order to better understand their needs and provide a satisfactory product. We provide services for both customs residential and commercial building projects.

Our projects range from start-to-finish custom homes to commercial builds and everything in between, including basement finishes, stamped and colored concrete patios, and kitchen/bathroom remodels.
