Hilltop Estates is an up to date Extended Care Living Facility and Rehabilitation Center located in the North East corner of Gothenburg. It is a 64 bed facility, designed for comfort and convenience. Our residents enjoy spacious, fresh, clean rooms, a well equipped activity room, a bright, sunny dining room with a friendly home like home-like atmosphere, a specialized Alzheimer Care Unit and a support group for care givers. Comfort is a priority so we offer flexible meal options: along with flexible schedules for waking and bathing. Hospice Services are provided through Central Plains Home Health and AseraCare. The Hilltop Beauty Salon is available to both residents and our community. Our innovative on site rehabilitation facility is designed to maximize each patients full potential. Frequently evaluated and treated issues are those associated with back and neck injuries, joint replacements, fractures, sports related injuries, stroke, cardiovascular/pulmonary problems and neurological disorders.
