The Wauchula Police Department is dedicated to providing law enforcement services to the Citizens of Wauchula. We are an Excelsior accredited agency through the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation. The agency is managed by Chief John M. Eason and Assistant Chief Matthew Whatley. The Department is staffed by 13 full-time officers, 6 part-time officers, 2 Administrative Support staff, 1 Victim Advocate, 1 Animal Control Officer, and 2 School Crossing Guards.
