Ponder Service has earned the CARRIER FACTORY AUTHORIZED DEALER designation, by meeting customer service, quality & training standards. Our sheet metal shop has a computerized cutting system and we routinely custom fabricate HVAC ductwork, custom stainless steel for commercial kitchens as well as architectural trim metals & welding services. Ponder Service, Inc. is a full service heating & air conditioning contracting business, family owned by Mike, Florence, and Andy Ponder. In business since 1984, we relocated to Marion, IL (Mike’s Hometown) in 1996. Our basic business plan has always been to provide high quality products & services at fair and reasonable rates.

In 1996, we began installing Geothermal Heating Systems and today install Climatemaster Geothermal Systems. Over the years, we have steadily built up our sheet metal shop to the point where we now use computer designed duct layout and fabricating equipment, allowing us to build and install some of the finest duct systems in the area.
