Hands of Hope: Resources for Homeless Families

Hands of Hope is a leading resource center dedicated to supporting homeless families in Yuba City, California, and its surrounding areas. Through our comprehensive programs and services, we strive to provide essential support and resources to those in need, empowering them on their journey towards stable housing and self-sufficiency.

At Hands of Hope, our day service centers offer a range of vital amenities, including showers, laundry facilities, and a clothes closet, alongside referrals to other agencies and comprehensive Case Manager/client Advocate Programs. In partnership with Habitat for Humanity, we have expanded our reach by establishing an additional day center in Marysville. Through our Coordinated Entry Program operating at both locations, we prioritize individuals facing mental illness, chronic health conditions, and chronic homelessness, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to secure housing. We are deeply committed to collaboration and work closely with various local agencies, including Counties and Cities, Behavioral Health, Social Services, Health Department, Harmony Health, Victim Witness, and esteemed nonprofits like Bridges to Housing, Casa De’ Esperanza, The Salvation Army, 14 Forward, Twin Cities Rescue Mission, among others. Through this collective effort, we strive to provide comprehensive support tailored to the unique needs of each individual, fostering a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
