Dedicated to providing a safe, caring, and family-like environment for residents, inspired by the values of St. Francis. The mission is to serve each person with love and dignity, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, in accordance with the "Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services." The facility offers two distinct units: a Basic Care Unit and Affordable Housing Apartments.

The Basic Care Unit provides a supervised living environment with comprehensive services including meals, nursing, housekeeping, laundry, and assistance with daily living tasks for individuals 18 years and older who are ambulatory. The Affordable Housing Apartments offer low-rent efficiency apartments subsidized by the Federal Government for individuals aged 62 or older, or those with disabilities and limited income, providing independent living with access to community activities and optional additional services.
