Rick McIntire served a 22 year career in Law Enforcement and after retirement, started up a business that grew over a period of 14 years to operate in all 50 states of the U.S. and seven foreign countries.  After selling the company and retiring for a second time, Rick traveled across the United States, studying and researching small cities.  At the conclusion of that research, Rick McIntire determined that Mesquite Nevada is THE Best little city in America.  

Rick is seeking election to the Mesquite City Council, Seat 4, because he believes he can add value to the Council, and together, keep Mesquite as THE Best little city in America as it grows to double in size.
