Nature, animals, and community have the power to transform lives, and Bridges of Hope Farm Foundation brings that belief to life. Based in Buckeye, Arizona, this 501(c)(3) nonprofit is creating a sensory-friendly farm where nonverbal autistic adults can engage in meaningful routines, build confidence, and experience a sense of belonging, while families discover connection and support in a welcoming environment. Inspired by the lived experience of our founder, Leann a devoted mother to an autistic adult with high support needs the farm was born from a vision to create more than a visit: a place where individuals are seen for who they are, and families feel understood.
At Bridges of Hope Farm Foundation, we focus on inclusion, empathy, dignity, and education, offering hands-on activities such as animal care and nature-based experiences that nurture growth and learning for all abilities. Our dedicated team, from farm care to infrastructure support, works to build a safe, sensory-rich environment that strengthens community and reduces isolation. Through volunteering, donations, and sponsorships, supporters help cultivate a space that celebrates diversity, fosters responsibility, and provides joyful experiences for the whole family. Every contribution helps turn our mission into real-life moments of connection, purpose, and hope.
