LifeWire is a leading nonprofit in Washington State dedicated to ending domestic violence and empowering survivors on their journey to safety, stability, and healing. Since 1982, we have expanded our services from support groups and emergency shelter in East and North King County to comprehensive, survivor-driven programs including mental health therapy, advocacy, and housing support across Western Washington. Our community-based prevention trainings and outreach initiatives further strengthen our mission to create a society where everyone can live free from fear and oppression.

Rooted in East King County, LifeWire partners with local organizations, businesses, and residents to drive meaningful change and provide tailored support to each survivor. By combining trauma-informed care with housing-first solutions and advocacy, we ensure that survivors have the resources, safety, and empowerment needed to rebuild their lives and thrive in a secure, supportive environment.
